I cannot recommend Central Heating Gas Services Ltd highly enough. Freddie had originally installed the boiler 3 years ago for my dad who didn't want anyone else to service it. When I called Freddie to arrange an appointment, I was amazed and delighted that he remembered my dad. We had purchased the wrong type of shower and Freddie excelled his customer service by going and purchasing a replacement on my behalf (he called me prior to let me know and how much it would be). All work was carried out to a high service and I genuinely appreciate how he takes care of his customers.

Overjoyed at the quick and efficient service. Arrived within an hour and fixed and explained the issue within 40 mins!! Can sleep easy tonight. Will 100% be keeping the phone number in my emergency call outs. Very highly recommend.

Access was problematic and I was struggling to source a plumber/gas engineer who would even take the repair works on due to the time and unknown factors. However, Mr Boyd took his time, worked through the issues systematically and completed the job. A clear and transparent discussion was had re costs, resulting in both parties receiving a fair deal.

Diagnosed noisy fault in heating system as the very old pump. Replaced the pump with a new one, checked the heating and hot water were in good working order.

Freddy and his son Tom arrived bang on time and examined my leaking boiler. They discovered what the problems were and informed me that they will need to get some new parts to complete the repairs.
